Payment Guidelines
We can accept payment through major credit cards such as VISA and MASTER, bank transfer (wire transfer) or Western Union.
1. Credit card: You can pay us the service fee via our safe & secure Online Payment System (protected by GeoTrust SSL certificate, US$100,000 warranty). It takes you about one minute for settling the payment. It is really easy, safe, and secure.
2. Bank transfer: Bank transfers can be made from your bank account abroad. We will provide you with our bank details at the time of booking confirmation .
3. Western Union: We can accept payment through any banks worldwide using Western Union service. We will send you our receipt details and then will need the control number from you in order to finalize the receipt of payment.
About Paypal payment: As you can see on the Paypal website at www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_display-approved-signup-countries-outside, all Paypal accounts from Vietnam can only send money to the others in the Paypal network, but can not receive or withdraw.
We have contacted with Paypal several times regarding using Paypal service for our business, but they said that Receiving or Withdrawing for Paypal user in Vietnam was illegal. We never want our clients getting any trouble with Paypal, so we have decided not using Paypal until they open their full service in Vietnam. Thank you.
